How do I choose the right course level?
Check the stated outcomes. If you cannot reliably perform at least half before starting, choose the lower level. You can always move up after the first module.
What is the difference between self-paced, cohort, and live formats?
Self-paced includes flexible deadlines and optional forums. Cohort adds fixed milestones and peer review. Live includes scheduled sessions with instructors for feedback and Q&A.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Full refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not submitted assignments. After 7 days, pro-rated refunds are available for unused modules in self-paced courses.
Will I receive feedback on my writing?
Yes. Courses labeled “with feedback” include rubric-aligned editorial notes on designated assignments. Turnaround times are stated per course page.
Do you issue certificates?
We provide a completion certificate that lists outcomes achieved and hours completed. This is not an academic transcript.
Can I switch formats after enrolling?
You can switch from self-paced to cohort or live if seats are available. We charge or refund the price difference accordingly.
How long do I retain access to course materials?
You keep access for at least one year from the start date. Updates within that period are included at no additional cost.
Do you offer team or corporate training?

Are there any live sessions recorded?
Live sessions are recorded and available for enrolled learners for 14 days, unless otherwise stated for privacy-sensitive workshops.
